Contractor Agreement for Oliver Brusca

Oliver Brusca agrees to be a co-facilitator for the Lemurian Anchoring Light Retreat on June 8th to 12th, 2022.

Way of Light Yoga Retreats will book Oliver’s flights to Kona, Hawaii from Sacramento. All auto transportation, lodging and food expenses during the camp dates are paid by Way of Light Yoga Retreats for the duration of the retreat.

Dates:

June 8th to 12th, 2022.

Co-Facilitator Responsibilities:

Assistance with driving the full size passenger vans, and have car insurance that covers rentals.
Assistance with painting workshops.
In the event of an emergency provide: 911 call, CPR, and First Aid.
Assistance with logistics for participants.

Travel and Accommodations Included:

Flight round trip from CA to Kona (~$500)
5 days catering Monday-Friday (~$250)
5 nights total at the Orchid Isle (~$600)

Compensation:

Hawai'i Expenses paid ~$1,350

Way of Light Yoga Retreats will only host and bring additional facilitators like Oliver to the retreat when the minimum number of twelve participants at each event is met. If the minimum is not met the retreats may be postponed and this contract is void. This is decided by April 1st,, 2022.
