UPDATE ON MARCH 2nd 2024!! We will be at a completely private property Elevation Yoga Retreat Center and Photosynthesis Jungle Bungalows with a pool and waterslide, also walking distance to beautiful Cocles beach.
Transportation round trip by a private shuttle will be provided to Cocles. The meeting location in San Jose will be a hotel near the airport. Airfare is not included in pricing.
Offerings by the Day
Day 1: Meet at Adventure Inn for Van Departure at 8am, Arrival around 1pm, Yoga, Sunset beach visit (Lunch and Dinner)
Day 2: Yoga*, Painting Workshop (3 meals)
Day 3: Yoga*, Cacao Ceremony with Bribri Tribe, Painting Workshop (3 meals)
Day 4: Yoga*, Painting Workshop, Punta Uva Beach (3 meals)
Day 5: Yoga*, Optional Silent Day of Integration / Town and Beach Exploration / Pre-arranged Excursion or Spa add-ons**, Sound Healing (3 meals)
Day 6: Yoga*, Waterfall Tour and Activation, Painting, Ecstatic Dance (3 meals)
Day 7: Yoga*, 11am Shuttle to San Jose (Breakfast)
*Yoga 7:30am to 8:30am before breakfast is optional
**For Day 5 the additional Spa Menu and Excursions you can book such as wildlife tours or beach horseback riding we will sent to you upon retreat registration as add-ons you can purchase.
This retreat is a combination of practical wisdom and guided journeys to download light language for a deepening to your existing or new sacred painting practice. Learn technique, unlock your unique energetic key codes and imbue intention. The focus is on finding your own creative language and attunements that are totally unique to you.
No painting experience required, however will cater for a range of abilities. Art materials, Paints, Canvas are included.
Meet Your Hosts
Izzy Ivy
Creative since the moment she could pick up a crayon Izzy, it wasn’t until her Saturn return that she discovered her love for the medium of painting and devoted every moment she could to it.
11 years later she has created artworks and writings for almost five oracle decks, exhibed around the world and has been teaching how to create intentional, high frequency paintings, sharing all the tips and tricks for luminesce, glow and sparkle. For the last 5 years she has been touring her workshops globally, in person on-line and in retreat style settings.
The spirit realm and non-physical has always been a fascination for Izzy. Before she was a painter she was deeply inspired to explore many energy healing modalities including Reiki mastery. As a painter she has felt passionate about imbuing this energy in her visual artworks with the intention to uplift, inspire healing and invoke a deeper Remembering.
Received from powerful spiritual downloads, ‘Beyond Lemuria’ and ‘Unveiling the Golden Age’ are her best selling Oracle Cards, with two others released from her publishers later this year and in 2025.
Izzy is inspired to anchor the luminous light of the divine on canvas, during a process her students describe as ‘more than just painting.’

Nai’a Ashley is the founder of Way of Light Yoga Retreats. Her name Nai’a means dolphin in Hawaiian, as the dolphins her spiritual teachers, guardians, and home. She is guided by their joyful teachings and ancient Lemurian wisdom.
Nai’a Ashley is passionate about creating spiritual growth experiences of connection through retreats. After 10 years of practice, in 2018 she trained to be a yoga instructor in Mysore, India at AyurYoga Eco Ashram to receive the information closest to the origination of the yoga practice. She is also an artistic swimmer, certified animal and human reiki healer. She is currently practicing ukulele, the harmonium and guitar to connect to her voice and spirit.
Most recently Nai’a Ashley is embracing being an artist! Through attending Izzy’s workshops and healing inner-child wounds and doubts, she is no longer afraid to delve into her own painting magic. She embraces becoming more at home in herself in these realms.
